Be warned dealing with this agency.They really need to reassess their procedures and protocols.My partner dealt with Scott Hunter in July 2021 in purchasing a property in Wyoming where her offer was accepted by the vendor with a congratulations on your purchase" text and email from the agent Scott.She proceeded to pay the 0.25 deposit the next morning and by that afternoon was contacted by Scott apologising saying he received another offer that was higher and that he was "obliged" to pass on the offer to the vendor.My partner was stunned and shaken up by this and didnt really understand what was going on.We proceeded to have another conversation with Scott on the Saturday morning where he told us that the new purchaser hadnt paid the deposit yet and was getting a building inspection on the following Tuesday after which they would pay the deposit.My partner decided to beat the other offer and we worked hard over the weekend with our conveyancer to get our deposit ready and to sign a 66W and send it first thing Monday morning

Thanks for yet another unsolicited visit. We are sick and tired of all the spam you leave in our letter box and the constant door knocking. If we ever decide to sell our property it won't be through you.
