Due to pending plan for relocation, I had an extended period of not knowing how long I could stay in Perth for. Joel Cooper has been a great agent and friend and I have nothing but compliments for him. He has gone above and beyond to get me to viewings by offering to pick me up, negotiated with other agents on my behalf so that I did not have to repeat myself which allowed me to focus on the viewing experience, and very strongly demonstrated his wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate by recalling facts about apartments off the top of his head. When he was unsure he ensured that he followed up swiftly with details. His responses and replies to correspondence is prompt to the point that I felt bad that he worked on weekends for me. He truly had my best interests at heart and did not pressure me to make a purchase or deal that I was tentative about. Although he is unable to give legal advice, he was level-headed when I was not, and also proffered sound advice regarding the inner workings of the house with regards to wifi, electricity, and other utilities, and offered to liaise with them on my behalf as well.I would strongly recommend Joel Cooper to anyone looking for an agent- be they domestic or international like myself.
