Poor customer service and communication. Purchased a flashing beacon and didn’t receive shipping information after a week. Called the shop and was told I’d get a call back within 5-10mins from sales didn’t get a call back. Had to take more time out of my day to call back the next day to be told they were sold out when I purchased and won’t be in for at least another 4 weeks!! What a joke.

Purchased a set of lights that were in stock ready to go early this week as I need them this weekend to finish a tray to be given to a customer, ordered them with express shipping to only find out today they haven’t been sent. I wasn’t notified and received no response to my emails until I called the shop not happy with the customer service at all and the fact I’m now out of pocket and my customer won’t receive the tray.

Ordered 7inch headlight buckets which were in stock online. Got no notification on when they were going to deliver. Contacted company and was told they would be 3 to 4wks because they werent actually in stock. Asked for a refund and still waiting for a refund a week later. Looks like I have been scammed by OzLed Lights Online.

I'm on my second set of C3 Tail Lights on my car, ironically both sets lasted until not long out of warranty before failing, not what i expected from a higher market"set of lights. I also fitted a set of the 209 series to our boat trailer
