Good range of lights. Store location is easy to park and get to. Not the best value going around but if you are after middle of the road fixtures, Beacon is a good place to start.

Excellent customer service Sarah was exceptionally helpful sorting our lights for our new home. She got good knowledge and went extra miles to see our home plan and gave her recommendations based on that. Really appreciated and highly recommend.

I'm not a lighting officianado by any means but they seem to have a good range of lights, lamps and accessories with lots of variety as well as a significant range of globes. I've never had an issue with finding a staff member for assistance, who seem to be quite knowledgeable and are very helpful. Ample parking available.

The store offers variety of indoor/outdoor lights, globes, fancy switches & fans. We were served by Margaret, who assisted us to buy a fan as per our requirement and made our purchase smooth.Store also has preferred electrician list, who offer extended warranty on installation.

Terrible service needed 3 lights that I have purchased from their store 5 years earlier, was told they don't have any in stock they advised me Albury has them and just gave me their number to organise myself not happy they couldn't order it for me and I pick it up . Will not be returning.

If buying globes from here always double check them before going home. On several occasions I have bought globes and when I have got home found they are the wrong wattage. Every time I have brought a sample globe with me too. They always exchange them for the right ones but it means going back

Service from Sarah was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly and spoke in simple terms. Even offered to help track down a supplier if the lights I needing replaced were not supplied by them.

Went there to buy a bulb and asked their salesman, Ismail, if I can return the product in case it doesn't fit. He looked at me and asked when will you return it? I said either today or tomorrow and he said until tomorrow is fine. Then when I got the receipt it said you can return up to 30 days!(which makes a lot more sense)I was lucky the bulb fits otherwise I'd have had a hard time walking into their terrible store!
