Steve understood our vision from the initial appointment and developed a design beyond our expectations, that compliments the design of our home. By the encouragement of the business owners reply, I will elaborate on my experience...1. Multiple landscaping businesses were originally contacted for the job, each providing a roughly 6 month minimum job start date due to high demand. Scott from Creative Landscapes however at quotation anticipated a 3 month job start. The quote was accepted and I awaited to be notified of the date for works to start. Initially a 1 month delay was informed, pushing out to 4 months. Without reasonable explanation an additional 2 months of delay was subsequently added. The works began roughly 6 months from time of quotation (Aug '21), being comparable to that of other businesses originally contacted. This can be interpretted one of two way; Either intentional deception of a realistic starting time to win the work to undercut competitors and gain business by Scott; OR simple incompetency in underestimating the length of time his job book would take to complete.2. 'Creative Landscapes' is a misnomer as from my experience, their design or skillset lacks any creative flair. My property was originally paved with beautiful, curved walking paths. During the new works Scott and his team began to reshape sections of pathway near the driveway (which was to be widened) with squared, angular pathway design which horribly mismatched existing design and equally, was functionally poor for ease of walking. Maybe somewhere there was a misunderstanding, however not once was I contacted by Scott or any member of his team for clarity if he/they were unsure, even though I was home and available to do so for almost the entirety of the works.3. The primary job for the works was widening of the driveway. When the works were completed the driveway entrance was left in an unsatisfactory state that functionally also narrowed the entrance (photo). I informed Scott of this matter and that a small amount of additional paving was needed. I paid 50% of outstanding balance immediately and informed Scott the remainder would be paid upon completion of the driveway works. However, this did not stop the periodic and cyclic every 2 days without fail payment reminder" via SMS and eventually becoming email "please pay us" messages

Steve and his team were 100% professional, reliable and friendly. Their work was of a very high standard and they did a great job of keeping the worksite clean and safe. I would have no hesitation in recommending their work.

Steve from Creative Landscapes was fantastic. Nothing was too hard. He communicated with me about all decisions and could not have been more helpful. Standard of work was excellent. I have had many comments from neighbours saying what a great job. Steve and Mitch his offsider worked really hard and got the job done on time and within my budget. This is the second time I have had Steve and his team around to do some landscaping.Once again I am exceedingly happy with what Creative Landscape have done. I now have a beautiful French inspired courtyard with reclaimed bricks laid in a herringbone pattern. They took a lot of time to ensure that it was perfectly level and would drain well. Now finished it looks fantastic with the espalier wall that was completed on the previous job. It was an absolute pleasure working with Steve and his team. I highly recommend Creative Landscape for any job big or small.

The team at Creative Landscapes Coffs Harbour are not only professional and brillant to deal with, they also follow through with excellent workmanship. Steve and his team arrived on time, communicated throughout the process and always cleaned up after themselfs. We couldnt be more pleased with the process and our new space in the garden.
