OMF what amazing service from Simone! Buying the perfect new mattress is difficult... but from the moment we walked through the door Simone made it easy. We felt relaxed trying the beds, the prices were very reasonable and delivery was quick and on time. Simone loves her job and it really shows because she goes above and beyond to make sure you find the perfect fit. Thank you!

Awesome service from Joan, best retail experience ever,, I'll have to take some tips from her. She took great care with me and my partner and helped us find the best price we found and a great mattress. Julie was also great, both very lovely ladies that enjoy their job and helping customers. I felt so welcomed and appreciated there. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice staff however poor quality products.Not standard size. Measured and larger than standard but they insist it's not. Measurements don't lie however companies wanting a sale will.

We highly recommend OMF. We purchased a new bed there recently & the ladies who served us (Simone & Julie) were so great! We had a good laugh & they made our experience so easy. We got a bed, mattress protector & king pillows (all Australian made) at fantastic prices & we are very happy with our purchase.

We just purchased a Mattress from OMF and the staff were absolutely amazing! Such great customer service! We had been in earlier and were served by Lorinda, she was friendly and not at all pushy! We went away and had a think about it and came back purely on remembering the service that Lorinda had given us earlier that day! She is definitely an asset to your business!
