I have had a ford ranger for 3 years from this dealership. Every single time I have taken it there for a service they have tried to charge me although my first three years of servicing is free. Every time I have had to drop the car off at 8am for collection at 4pm. Three times the car hasn't been ready til 5pm. No apologies, no one seems to care. Would never use this place to service your car. Workers are rude or over stretched.

If I could rate no stars I would. I have had nothing but trouble when it comes to services on my Raptor which I purchased from this dealership. The latest one being - my car still under warranty had a warning light come up on the dashboard when looking in the owners manual it said take your car directly to a dealership to be looked at. We rang and the women on the phone (care factor nil) said sorry can’t see you until 24th (11 days later )mentioned should be ok to drive . We called later and asked to speak to the service manager he was to call back, 3 hours later still no return call. I phoned again this time was put through to the manager told him this wasn’t good enough and they fit the car in the following day..Received a phone call to say there was a recall on our oil pump which we knew nothing about and it was failing. They are trying to source another one and said they would call back that afternoon.No phone call at all we did ask if we could have a vehicle to drive because we need the car to work ( care factor nil) answer was no.We have always purchased new cars from other manufacturers and never had service like this- sorry nova ford you lost another customer.

Purchased 2 Rangers from Nova and was beyond impressed with the process, attention to detail, timeliness in response, and overall client focus - dealt with Daniel throughout (and others along the way) and would (for the first time ever) have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him and the Nova dealership.

We can only comment by comparing Nova Ford Caboolture vs Byrne Ford Geebung service centre. In terms of communication, Nova Ford has met my expectation. They have called to let me know my car is ready to picked up and tried again because I have missed their first call and a voice message was left. Byrne Ford has failed in this area miserably.Drew at the service was helpful and courteous. There was a small problem occurred when we picked up the car but they have jumped on it straight away to sort it out for me. Overall, my experience with Nova Ford Caboolture is far more pleasant than Byrne Ford Geebung.

Completely rude and unprofessional regarding any sort of query of damage occurring to our company vehicle whilst spending 5 weeks in their shop.Ild warn against trusting the workshop with any kind of personal vehicle as they will not take ownership of their mistakes.This New Ranger purchased through them has had a multitude of issues since new, its never been offroad.On its 2nd tailshaft and 2nd set of tyres. Talk of the 2nd tailshaft needing to be rotated 180 again as the issue is still there.It was in getting a Transfercase at 9000kms after it failed on road and had to be limped to the shop.Fair enough, things happen, they sorted us a loan car of theirs and then from Ford Motor Company (pickup at airport) later on so we could continue some of our business operations. (This was much appreciated)When we limped it in it wasnt washed but wasnt significantly dirty either.When picking up before COB on a Saturday it was even dirtier and dustier than it was from sitting around. Somewhat surprised they left it in that state after such a failure and how this vehicle has been for us.Drove it 600m to our business location, Bucket washed it, found the mark on the front, took a timestamped photo to report back on monday when they reopened.Went down there. Got 1-2-3 people to look at it. Service manger come out firing swearing black and blue it couldnt have been them “it was already there” belittling myself for even asking. Raising his voice, pointing after even showing how fresh it is. If it was there 5 weeks or longer ago it would have been rusty.Even then said we must have done it in the 600m drive in the street in the 50kph zone back to our shop.Gave up as it wasnt getting anywhere, on the job card it has an option to call the customer service of Nova Ford to prevent anyone contacting Ford Motor Company, called and she was on my side, couldnt believe it. Said she would return my call. Called back and the attitude was completely different. This Service manager in my opinion has yelled at her or something and unfortunately she seemed completely deflated and unable to assist whatsoever.After implying that wasnt good enough or fair, that I also couldnt physically have more evidence unless i had 5 weeks of footage of the vehicle in their shed and being moved around their yard. They said they would touch up pen it and call back when we could bring it down. Never called back.Will remain unresolved apparently.My observations are this business do not take any pride or responsibility in their work.I could not recommend anyone to their service facility.

doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Worst customer experience ever!! Got there at 7:30am to drop my car off for a simple service. The rude lady at service then proceeded to tell me I wasn’t booked and not in the system. She then took my information while I was standing there then another guy came and took my keys off me without saying nothing. I was originally told it would be done around lunchtime- then get told it would be ready at 4:30pm but they would “call when it was ready”. I called up at 1:30pm and was quickly passed on to someone who said “we’ll call when it’s done”. I had a friend in the area so he went and looked and went in and asked and found out it was finished. I went to collect my keys and paperwork for my car wasn’t even done. Just to top it off I got charged more than I was originally quoted. Don’t take your car here if you want to get scammed out of your $$.

Really pleased with the service team. The guys took my concerns regarding taking care of the car and parked it in their lot just to make sure no one smacked their door into it.Very friendly. Highly recommended!
