Mick went over and above my expectations - the only person in Australia who was able to source all of my Hilux parts for me. A couple of the parts were wrong and he immediately sourced the correct ones and express posted them free of charge. What a bloody champ!

I have been dealing with JH for over 2 and a half years, no issues ever, to the guy below me who said a rear bar would be $55 your fooling no one, the labour to remove the bar would be that alone, cmon now be honest. $145 for a rear or front bar is a great price.

(Pre Buying Inspection)Mick booked me in on the same day and looked over the Hilux. He did an amazing honest inspection. Full photos of anything wrong and concernes he had for the car. He has saved me alot of money and time by not buying it.Once I find a Hilux I will be down for regular services even though I live a hour away.

Mick is helpful, they have stock when other wreckers don't..Unfortunately, I was given a quote over the phone for a rear bumber ($55) each, but a few days later it was sold to me for ($145) each insisting that the quote was never for $55. Only to find my notes at home to prove the initial quote.Now, I am the silly one for paying the price, not taking my notes and not purchasing on the same day but I felt it was not fair/honest from the business.So I won't be going there again.

Extensive selection of very good second hand and brand new parts, rebuild engines, overhauled differential, expertise in everything 4WD hilux, 4runner, land cruiser. Reasonably priced and friendly staff! I will always be back here for my need of parts :-)

Took my car in for a fix, while driving back noticed there was something off with the break pedal that definitely was not there before being taken in. After having another mechanic take a look at it, they refused to do any work to it because who ever worked on this was shifty". upon finding this out we returned to confront the owner

Found JH Auto on Webb after the motor in my Prado threw a rod through the block. Took my Prado there to install a new engine, great service from Mick and the staff, had a couple of minor issues after getting car back but Mick and guys fixed all my concerns with no problems. All of their staff were good to deal with and l am very happy with the work on my Prado.Would wholeheartedly recommend to any Toyota Diesel owners with problems
