5 stars is simply not enough!!I was in a car accident and all other repairers were quoting 5 days plus just to assess my car, and here I was accepted the same day and dropped my car off for repair the next morning! I was quoted 5 days and got a call that it was ready in 2 and you could not tell that the car had ever been in an accident. The manager ensured my car got a wheel alignment as well and returned my car to me spotless and ready to go! so happy with the service here and recommending it to all my family and friends! thank you so much!!!!

Terrible. Had to leave the car multiple times, because of extremely poor job, leave new scratches in places perfect before!! Also damage one of the rear light!! Unreal!!Damage my car key with pain inside the buttons, with a writing promise to replace it, and never hear from them again. Worst experience i ever had in any business!!! Avoid at any cost.

After ripping my side mirror off, on each side of my car, I decided it was time to have it repaired.I went to a few different shops around the Sutherland Shire, however Joe gave me the most reasonable quote for parts and service. He even sourced the mirrors second hand to save me some extra $$.Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service from everyone at Kareena Road Smash Repairs.

When 89 year old Joan reversed into a pillar, she thought she had lost her little car as an under insured right-off, but with the help of the NRMA and Kareena Road Smash Repairs, her little Blue Rice Bubble was soon back on the road. Special thanks to Robert, Joe, and the Boys in the Work-shop, and Margarita for updates at every stage, and to Michael from NRMA. Excellent workmanship, and Joan couldn't be happier ... cheers.
