The gym itself has all the right equipment.It would be great if it had a sauna or even scales to weigh yourself sometimesOr some type of size measurement but they don't have them.If you like using the massage chair all the water massage chair afterwards I suggest the black card.The big downfall of this gym is that they're not open 24/7The only open Monday to Thursday around the clock and Friday they close at midnight. And then Saturday and Sunday is barely worth going unless you want to go in the daytime with lots of people because they're not opening the night time at all. And I'm very much a night person. It's the thing that I really hate about this gym.Also, when I asked them why they don't have scales or any type of measurement, they just shrug their shoulders at me so I'm not even sure what that's supposed to mean.

Loved the gym. Friendly staff. Trainer Sunny is great, free classes for everyone. You can bring a friend if you pay for premium membership, still cheaper than most of the gyms. Best part is free massage chair :)

2 years ago I gave 5 stars. Now 1 star. All the machines are broken and under serviced and it's been that way for over a year. The most common machine is the out of order 1. Spoke to multiple staff who assure me nothing can be done. They report it, and that's all they can do. Some of these machines for over a year. Its so bad machines are literally held together with rubber bands (see attached) and people are forced to use broken machines. Its an accident waiting to happen. This is just a sample. If you care about getting health go to a gym that also cares to provide the equipment for you. I am cancelling my membership and going to squashlands. Goodbye!

Good gym. I love the space, and everyone is there to just workout and do their thing, which is great, that means there’s no one just sitting around the machines and not using it. Staff are always friendly, patient and helpful, even when I have the silliest questions like how do I use this machine and what is it for. Black card is good for when you want to bring a visitor and use the black room facilities, I personally like the hydro chair, good for before and after workouts. Overall for the price I’m paying, it’s a good gym, would recommend it.

Just joined this gym, the staff are very helpful and friendly, made me feel welcome right away, good equipment, great peaceful environment, and the gym is very clean, very good for value, I'm glad that I've signed up and definitely recommending my friends to sign up to this gym aswell

I recently joined Planet Fitness and overall, I've had a pretty average experience. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained, and there's a good selection of equipment. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I've never had any issues with the facilities.One of the things I like about Planet Fitness is the no-judgement policy. It's a welcoming atmosphere and I never feel self-conscious about working out, which is important to me. I also appreciate the affordable membership fees and the convenience of being able to use any Planet Fitness location nationwide.However, there are a few things that I feel could be improved. The gym can get quite crowded at peak times, which can make it difficult to get on certain machines. Additionally, the class offerings are somewhat limited and there's not a lot of variety. I would like to see more options, such as yoga or spin classes.Overall, my experience at Planet Fitness has been average. It's a clean, welcoming gym with affordable membership fees and a good selection of equipment. While there are a few areas for improvement, it's a solid choice for anyone looking to get a workout in.

Joined Planet Fitness Crossroads Sydney, Australia when they first opened new location late 2020. I must say it's a brilliant Gym the floor area is massive well over 2000 square meters, equipment is clean and good. Always good to be greeted by the friendly staff and can't beat the price very affordable. Black card member is great too can bring a friend for free also use the relaxation black card area!! :-)
