Fruit and vegetables poor quality, never enough checkouts open, express Lane stops serving as soon as someone walks up and wants to buy cigarettes, aisles to narrow and always blocked by home delivery pickers, will start using Coles from now on

Our local Woolies, has limited range compared to the larger store on Bribie. Service is excellent , trolleys always available and easy parking.Update , reviewed this store last year, but not sure what's happened in the past 6 to 12 months or so, shelves totally or half empty , items constantly deleted and the general outlook of the store has gone downhill. Can't blame Covid for all the problems as the proper merchandising and obvious lack of care has nothing to do with Covid, both the main shopping centre store and IGA don't have these issues.Time to get your act together or change management Woolworths Banksia Beach.We've been regular customers here long before it became Woolworths and this store is in desperate need of improvement.10/3/23, store seems to have improved, supply is obviously still a problem, but the store is definitely better merchandised .

A week before Xmas and they have 2 check outs closed and about 30 people lining up to be served , slow and customer service is awful. Absolutely shocking today . Pull ya heads in

This Woolies is not as busy as the the main one on the Island at Bellara. Plenty of parking and some great shops surrounding it including a bait & tackle shop, bakehouse bakery, Sue's takeaway, hairdresser, BWS and Sushi train. JP

Of the 2 on the island this is the best shopping experience. It's where most of the locals shop to avoid the tourist at the other one.
