Stutch Data have left me with a very good impression!! I purchased an LTO7 tape drive with tape changer a few months ago. Stutch Data been very helpful with after sales service and information. They personally came out to our site to deliver a part. In addition, when an error was discovered in the information given to the manufacturer (for warranty coverage), Stutch Data were quick to alter the data and own the mistake without any excuses. Great customer service!!!
