My little man and I had so much fun here. Lots to explore in the tram hall and the short ride into the National park was lovely. We’ll definitely come again.

Had a lovely time at the museum. Was impressed by the variety of exhibits with them having not only cars from as many different locations as possible but the maintenance and utility vehicles often overlooked by other museums.

Tramway museum located in Loftus NSW. About 30-45 mins drive from Sydney CBD. Can catch a train to Loftus station and walk from train station to the museum by walkway, catch a taxi or bus. Or drive by car as plenty of parking is close by the museum behind it at loftus station, in parking area besides the cycleway. See their website for more details. Plenty to see about the history of trams in Sydney, from other states, other countries. Lots of rolling stock and a trolley bus. See website for details about tram rides and open days usually a Wednesday or Sunday and school holidays. Feel free to follow Wozzel local guide on Google maps. Such a cute little museum in Southern Sydney. Has loads of trams (some that you can get in and explore!) a giant bus and unlimited tram rides as long as they run. Fun way to spend an afternoon and enjoy the day. We did see some folks take a picnic to the Royal National Park (that's where one of the tram rides goes into). Definitely something for us to try next. The volunteers here are superb and so polite. Highly recommended.

Such a great hidden gem! We visited during their annual Vintage Tramway Festival and it was such a delight for both the adults and children! Love that you’re able to walk into various trams to get an up close and personal view of them all, as well as experience some tram rides.I would definitely recommend their Vintage Tramway Festival if you’re able to attend! It felt like we had stepped into a time portal taking us to the early 1900s with the beautiful trams, buses and classic cars on show and in wonderful condition.Such great work by all the volunteers - thank you so much for what you do and for preserving all this great history of bygone Sydney! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Spectacular and special for transportation lovers and history buffs. This is a treat of a location for experiencing history as we live and breathe. Excellent storage maintenance and collection of a large number of tram cars and other vintage vehicles. This place is a ticketed entry. Located just beside Loftus station.

A great place to visit if you're interested in history, transport or enjoy looking at beautiful old public transport vehicles. The volunteers are very friendly and knowledgeable. You can ride a lovingly restored hundred year old tram across the Princes Highway level crossing to the historic Royal National Park station above Audley. What a wonderful way to hear that old ding ding ding!

Tram rides are amazing, they have an incredible indoor museum display too. I highly recommend taking a tram trip to Sutherland then up to the Royal National Park, where you can alight and explore the trails.
