This man was extremely unprofessional when I rang him to enquire about coming out today to get rid of a rat. He rambled extensively and interrupted me repeatedly.He said he had seven jobs and began telling me where the seven jobs were and what time he had to be at each place. I stopped him and said I did not need to know his schedule, just what time he would be ad our house. He said OK, and hung up on me.
