They made me tap my credit card multiple times saying they could not see the payment in their system. I was charged multiple times for the transaction and now they won't issue a refund even after showing them that I was charged. Be careful when they ask you to do that.

I came here 2 weeks ago needing a screen repair, new case and a screen protector. I spent $125 and the screen protector was free. They repaired it in about 40mins. I was under the impression that I had 6months warranty on the screen. I tripped over and cracked the screen again, because the screen protector that they are allowed give for free didn’t cover the whole screen. If I had known it wouldn’t cover the whole screen and had been informed that the bigger size would have cost $35. I would have done it because I might not have a cracked screen again right now. Extremely disappointed because I have essentially wasted $100 and I came here for a screen repair so that my phone would last longer as I can’t currently afford a new phone.I was considering getting the charging port replaced here, but I won’t be doing that and i definitely won’t be recommending this service store to anyone.

On the positive they were always very friendly and apologetic when wrong. Only problem is they were wrong multiple times form my experience.Brought the phone in to get the screen replaced. Was first told it'll be an hour's job when quoted. Then was told it'll need to be sent to the head office and will take a few days. A few days turned into a week, then was promised it'll be ready by the end of week 2. At the end of week 2, they told me they ordered the wrong screen and a new one is being sent and they'll have it fixed in 2 days. This made me question why it took 2 weeks to order the screen when they can get the correct one overnight. They had no excuse other than poor management. When I did get the phone back, the screen was replaced, but they damaged the edges of the back cover accessing the screen (see photo). They knew this but offered nothing to replace or reimburse. By that time I just wanted the phone back so didn't argue. Overall a poor experience and won't be returning for future repairs. Just hope I don't need to go back for warranty repair on the replaced screen some time in the future.UPDATE: So I contacted them via their feedback email as requested to rectify the issue and was told the phone is known to be difficult to repair so damages during repair is not uncommon. Updating my rating from 2 to 1 star now

Excellent service, went to get a screen replacement, done within 30 minutes, and the guy there was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the service.

I don’t even want to give them one star. This store is full of liars.Never trust their 6 month warranty, it's all fake and deceitful.Replaced a new screen, there is a problem within 3 months, they will directly tell you that it is your problem, not the product's problem

Excellent service!I spoke to Wayne over the phone at 13:30 to confirm stock for a replacement screen on a slightly older model (Note 9) Samsung.I drove out there immediately after the call, and by (a tad past) 15:00 had a perfectly working phone with a brand new crystal clear screen.100% would use these guys again

Screen replacement took 40 minutes on my Note 20 Ultra, work quality excellent and used genuine parts for a good price, Samsung wait times were close to 1 month. Young gentleman knew all his products very well. He made sure the screen protector fitted well with my phone case before selling it to me. I watched him serve 3 other customers by listening to their needs and showed them the best accessory for their purpose. Excellent customer service over the phone and in person. Courteous and patient.

Dropped my phone yesterday and needed it fixed immediately. Great customer service, affordable price - $90 to replace the screen (was offered $190 at apple and $140 at the place nearby). The phone was fixed in as little as 20 minutes, in almost perfect condition and I also given a receipt for 3 months warranty.
