Such a professional surgery with many great Doctors and Specialists who visit regularly.I also found it very clean with very Modern Equipment, an attractive Interior with nice Soft Furnishings and tasteful Posters & neat Uniforms of all of the Staff. 10/10

Dr Hii has been extremely patient and gentle with me as a very anxious dental client. So glad I made the move to start seeing her. She has helped me during my pregnancy and I am so thankful to her and her team.

We visited the smile centre, Heidelberg, for the first time today. Bree (receptionist), Rachel (dentist) and Sue (dental nurse) were absolutely amazing!They were all so kind and considerate, very insightful and very informative.My appointment went over time, as there was a lot of cleaning to be done and there was no rush/urgency from Rachel; she wanted to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment. All three staff made me laugh throughout the appointment. I couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough.

A very disappointing consultation last week with dentist I hadn't seen there. Will not return to do the work he recommended but will try another dentist there before finding another location.

The best practice I've been too by far. All staff are patient and accommodating, making you feel comfortable and well looked after and the surgery is always clean and tidy. I've proved to be a bit of a difficult patient lately and Dr Hong was very patient, explaining everything to me clearly and helping to try and find a resolution to my problem.

Dr. Madeleine Hii has been our family dentist for over 7 years. She is absolutely brilliant, caring, compassionate, gentle and talented in her profession. I cannot speak more highly of her and the Smile Center who are always accommodating - especially when urgent appointments are needed. Keep up the fantastic work.

Highly recommended.I had a broken wisdom tooth a day before the Christmas holiday and it was so painful. After calling many dental clinics, the Smile Centre was the only one who considered my case as emergency and accepted to give me an appointment within their schedule. The treatment was very professional, quick and painless and the staff are very friendly.

Friendly staff. Dr. Hiyanthi did an excellent job cleaning and checking my teeth her assistant was very friendly too. Also have to mention clinic is very clean.
