I bought an investment property that was leased through this agency.Not long went by before I've realised how bad their service is, I'd really advice anyone who is thinking to rent out a property to LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Miscommunication, issues not followed up unless you keep on calling the agent who is looking after your property multiple times and let's not talk about the mess you'll get into if you wanna do some maintenance or upgrade works.I had to deal with 4 different property managers in a period of less than a year and every time it was like starting back from zero.Good luck

Very professional and Friendly team.We Recently joined Wilson for their emergency trade needs and property managers are very responsible answering their calls even after hours if we need any emergency approval for their tenants to make safe. Special thanks to Roula for assisting us with all after hours access where keys required for urgent access to Wilson managed properties. Great team.

Very disappointed by our agent have been trying to contact them for weeks by phone but nothing! We were promised that they ALWAYS return voice message but nothing since our VCATT action! Lack of commitment lack of care!

HARD WORKING HANDS-ON AGENT. Selling our house with Joey was a very good experience. Joey always made time in his calendar to accommodate us personally and was readily available to answer all our questions himself. Not once did he delegate the responsibility for the sale of our house to a junior member of his staff. He made the transformation of our house both seamless and easy with his staff members and every effort was made to ensure that the house looked good for inspection. Joey was hands on with every aspect of the sale and present at all the inspections to greet and inform the potential buyers. He had an excellent conception of the market at the time and was very honest about what we could possibly achieve with the sale. We rented with wilson agent and our property manager did not seem to care about returning our calls and emails. We had an issue with the property and took 3 weeks to get an answer back from Melissa after contacting the office and even speaking directly to one of her coworkers.Usual time to reply an email would be more than 10 business day and a couple of phone calls to the office.Once we decided to give our notice and end our lease we never heard back from the property manager. After numerous calls to the office she finally lodger her bond return 30 days after we left the property and blamed rtba.. isn't that all automatic? :)I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
