Erin has been doing my hair for many many years. She is absolutely amazing and listens to all of my needs. She's been looking after my hair from when it was down to the back of my knees up until now, when it's shoulder length and hot pink! My hair is so healthy and beautiful because of Erin! Honestly, hair magician. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. The salon is lovely and welcoming and everyone is lovely. Please do yourself a favour and book in!

I’ve never felt so comfortable or relaxed at a hair salon before. I always leave feeling great. Carly creates such a calm and warm atmosphere and is so accommodating, always going above and beyond. I’ve recommended Carly spring to so many friends and family and am very confident in doing thatShe’s an amazing and experienced hairstylist. She knows exactly how to cut my hair to suit my face, and how to work with my hair texture. She has also coloured my hair and nailed it. the colour has grown out so naturally and is very low maintenance. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I came to Carly spring after a series of unfortunate hair events at other salons. Right away I felt listened to and comfortable. Erin is an incredible stylist and her communication skills mean you'll never walk away with something you didn't ask for. I come here regularly for the Cezanne keratin treatments as well which are incredible and have really changed the health of my hair (less heat styling on otherwise curly difficult hair, less need for trims, shiny and smooth). They're also really reasonably priced and stock Kevin Murphy which is the cherry on top.

Carly and her team are fantastic, always friendly and welcoming. They take the time to find out what you want and I have never been disappointed with the results (and I’m pretty fussy about my hair).I have had my hair cut and styled, highlighted and coloured here. I always get positive comments from people after I’ve been for a visit.I highly recommend this salon.

Carly Spring and her team are always amazing! I have been going here for years and they are always friendly, punctual, relaxing and I leave feeling a million dollars with exactly what I have asked for. One day when I rang to say I was running late because I couldn't find a park her front of house actually gave me her park. Always above and beyond and my appointment yesterday was no different. The team at Carly Spring have created a lovely, inviting, relaxing and nurturing space in the heart of Surry Hills. All the staff are highly experienced and friendly people.I have been seeing Erin for 7 years for cutting, complex colour work, colour correction, extensions and event styling.Whether I want a natural brunette + sunkissed highlights with soft barrel curls for the office, major transition from black to platinum or complex high fashion colours with edgy styling for a performance or event - Erin has been there every step of the way delivering gorgeous results.I highly recommend Erin to take you on a journey of self expression. Carly Spring offers exceptional service in a stylish, immaculate salon.All staff are friendly, professional and highly skilled. Carly does an exceptional job at cutting & styling my long hair and has helped me get it back to a healthy condition. I love the products they use however, never feel pressured to purchase.Prior to visiting Carly Spring, I used to find going to the hair salon a chore however, now I enjoy spending time being pampered and chatting to the friendly staff. Time passes quickly when I visit and doesn't that mean you're having fun?!I would thoroughly recommend Carly Spring. You're in for a treat when you visit thanks to Carly, Erin & Obie.

Carly did not listen - she died my hair based on a colour in my profile history as opposed to listening to what I asked for on the day. I told her I wanted milk brown, colour ended up near black. I told her I was trying to grow my hair and only needed a trim, she cut it with layers which has left it messy looking & hard to style. I sent her an email to say I wasn’t happy with the outcome, she refused to refund me, didn’t offer to fix it and now is ignoring me. I’m left with a hair style I hate and $320 poorer for it. It’s a shame she doesn’t care about making people feel good, but happy to take their money.

I came accross this salon when I was looking to change to a healthier and more affordable Keratin treatment in the area and I'm so glad I found these guys! I now only go to Carly Spring for Keratin, plus I've started getting my hair cut here and the experience is equally professional. Mostly I love how friendly and welcoming they all are, and somehow they make you feel at home every time which was lacking at other salons where you feel like you're just a number they're rushing to get through.
