I have worked as an AIN/EN for Aroha Care Group for just under a year and they are very good. The Staff, the Management team and the Recruitment team are amazing. You will definitely not regret working with this agency! And there’s always tons of shifts available because Aroha Care Group staff are always on high demand due to how reliable the Agency is :D

I have been working for Aroha since September and in all of that time not once have I had any problems with being given work, the guys in the head office are excellent, and almost bend over backwards to make sure that staff are happy.

I came to aroha from a place with horrific management and workplace bullying. The whole team at Aroha are so kind, understanding and respectful. I have never worked at a place where the management actually cares about their workers this much! These guys are amazing! You can not find better! :)))

Very supportive and organise management. I would recommend to Student Nurses wanting to find experience as they provide a growing opportunity and a variety of shifts from AM, PM to NS! Management is very reliable in terms of shifting, as long as you put your availabilities, Aroha makes sure to book you in aged care's close to your home. Very understanding staffs in terms of travel. They are also very welcoming and always has your back, specially Fionah.

While the pandemic Aroha were doing well lots of work for there employees but now sadly if they are lucky maybe up to 10 jobs a day. Also 95% of there jobs posted on there work application requires people with NDIS registration which Aroha services don't have registration so you cant even get the job.
