Very difficult to get consist answering of his advertised phone number. Dropped 3 ebikes, only 2 we're actually fixed with the highlighted problems. I wouldn't bother again no cheaper than going to a local more reputable bicycle shop (which I had to do anyway to get 3rd bike fixed). Frustrating and time consuming.

My bike needed fixing after there was a short in controller box. I gave him the controller which needed installation and it was back to me with all the wires in a complete mess with twisted an melting plastic held together with electrical tape. This was concealing the extremely rushed and non professional looking wiring. When I took the bike to him, I provided a bag specifically designed for the wires to be kept where the mentioned electrical tape was used instead.but instead didn't use it but just wrapped wires around each other didn't even soldore the joins that where hanging on by a wire or 2 in certain parts of the wiring an to finish of the job wrapped it all together like a big dreadlock of live wires with electrical tape.I have contacted him for a solution and he said I asked for it to be done in a hurry an charged me §350 for doing it an when I complained just said we'll u wanted it fixed. Didn't say come back an I'll do a armature job on the bike at least, also put a torque arm on wheel which stripped out an my wheel still came of I got to ride it for 10mins before the bike is disabled, worse wiring job have ever seen don't know if he likes me or if this is how he treats a customer!

Excellent work! Just had my E-Bike battery repaired and upgraded! It's now running better than ever! Will definitely see Brad again in the future!

Brad is super helpful, I had issues finding parts for my bike and Brad was able to point me in the right direction and has got my bike up and running in Quick time. He hasn't just fixed my problem but has repaired my old part aswell. Great service would recommend. Thanks Again Mate
