So impressed with this company - your dress will be in the safest hands. Six years after my wedding I was horrified to find my dress covered in brown stains and smelling of mould. This company came to my house to assess, quote and collect the dress, and returned it to my house restored to perfect condition. Sue and Andrew filled me with confidence about their hand cleaning process and I trusted them to take the utmost care with my dress. They removed all the brown stains and repackaged the gown so it’s back to being perfect and protected for the future. I’m so grateful!

Just received my wedding dress back from Sue & Andrew and am extremely impressed at the quality of cleaning and also the service! The hem of my dress was grey from rain damage 2 years ago on my wedding day, and I wasn’t sure it was going to be able to come out, but they returned it looking brand new again!Sue also assisted with suggestions to store my dress in the box they can provide and they drove to my house to pick up and drop off the dress which was such a great help. Sue’s communication is excellent and I could not recommend them more highly!

Australian Bridal Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning my detailed and delicate wedding dress and all the stains on the bottom were removed. They are a lovely husband and wife duo who will pick up and drop off to you. Wonderful business. My dress had already been dry cleaned by another company after my wedding however after almost 2 years I decided to have it boxed. They came to my home and boxed my dress with the utmost care on the spot. They even inspected my dress before boxing for any damage to be sure it would be left in the best condition possible. I could not recommend them more highly.

Sue and Andrew worked absolute wonders on my wedding dress! It was so muddy and dirty around the bottom and they restored it to perfect pre-wedding condition. I really appreciated their clarity around what I could expect and what they thought they would be able to do, and wouldn't. They did such a wonderful job, I would highly recommend!

I recently had my dress cleaned by Andrew and Sue. They were great and very supportive throughout the whole process. I had discovered there was a very large oil stain on my wedding dress (not yet worn as my wedding day had not come around yet). When I reached out to Andrew, he was great and definitely made me confident in the restoration of my dress. They were able to get the stain out, you wouldn't even know that my dress even had it. So glad I went with them, 100% would recommend to others!

They are a family run service with many years experience in the bridal industry and provide exceptional service. His prices are very reasonable and he specialises in wedding dresses. He put my mind at ease and assured me that the dress would come out beautiful which it did. I got mine dry cleaned and boxed. Outstanding service and fantastic job with my wedding dress. We got married in a dusty vineyard and the bottom of my dress was very dirty yet came up spotless. Super quick turn around and Andrew and Sue were both great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Extremely impressed at the quality, prompt and efficient service of Sue.After an wedding day that was wet the bottom of my dress was brown. The inside of the bodice had also rubbed against my fake tan, leaving brown stains.My dress was returned looking brand new, with no traces that these stains had ever existed.Throughout the process Sue had kept me up to date, confirming when she had received my dress (as I am interstate) and also checking that this had arrived upon return.Fantastic service and exceptional quality!
