This Incu is far smaller than the one in Sydney CBD, but the clothes at the Chatswood one were better curated to my taste. I swapped the size of some shoes I brought there for $135 and was highly satisfied with the customer service. There was no problem with them holding the shoes in my size and was very straight-forward.

Great store! It’s so clean and organised. A very calm relaxing vibe, it’s so nice to browse here.Staff members are very sweet and helpful, they even offered to find new items in the back for me when I decided to purchase.

Cannot rave enough about the experience I had with Incu. Marieke, along with the Chatswood and Paddington stores, went above and beyond to help me while I was visiting Sydney and desperately needed a winter coat last minute. Thank you so much Marieke and Incu!

limited selection of items, not much variety in comparison to the other Incu stores, kind of all over the place with brands, not clear where to find specific brands. however, friendly staff and nicely designed store.

Walked around the store for a good 15 minutes not one person greeted me…three girls just stood behind the counter chatting. pretty disappointing as this won’t happen at the city store

Felt uninvited at this place. 4 people entered prior to me and no vaccine or sign in check for them. As soon as I step in, circled by 2 of their staff to ask for my vaccine and then being continuously checked out whilst at store.
