Xtra Care, especially Ross, are absolutely amazeballs! My first custom wheelchair is perfect, as well as the help and suggestion and try of an off road power chair! Thank you and I know am in excellent care now and in the future for my ongoing disability needs for the rest of my life :)

A very comprehensive range of disability equipment including a wide range of powered wheelchairs. Jordan was professional, helpful and really knew his business. He helped to fit out a great wheelchair. Highly recommended.

My 84 year old mother went to this store with me on her phone for support. (we're in different states). I heard their sales woman clearly speaking rudely to my mother in a bullying and bossy tone. I was really shocked. She failed to assist my mum, her communication and customer service skills were appalling. My mum was very distressed by the experience. I urge people, particularly the elderly and the disabled (anyone vulnerable really), to avoid this store. Horrible people.

Great place! Staff brilliant, especially Jordan. Our Son (uses a wheelchair) & us are treated with care & respect. Great with Children.

My partner , and her OT and I went there for a wheelchair assessment.Staff member was very knowledgeable and experienced. We found all the staff there nice too.He took the time to explain things and actually look a what would be the best personally for her.Looking around the store they had a huge range of different equipment. On inquiring about a particular other item also seamed to be knowledgeable.Very friendly and helpful.

Won’t be dealing with Xtracare anymore attended the store to have backrest fitted on manual wheelchair and locking hinge assembly, while waiting in store they also replaced the castor bearings and pintle bearings. I called the store in regards to the invoice being $658 for the install only of backrest and supply bearings and Labour charge was $390 the receptionist stated 3 staff members worked on the chair so that it could be fixed within the hour what a joke. I mentioned to Dan that my Smartdrive was playing up and I was fairly reliant on it he said he would call supplier and get more information, I never received a call in regards to it they think that because the NDIS funds things they can charge unrealistic prices they don’t mind grabbing money off clients but can’t help with after sales support also the receptionist needs too learn some customer service skills Very Rude talks to people as if they are stupid

They've always been reliable for me in fixing my wheelchairs. Biggest downside is the prices. I have to pay out of pocket but if you're on NDIS, wouldn't be a problem. Have had some minor issues with a receptionist in the past but that was a few years ago now and they're still my go-to for my mobility aid tech assist!

Excellent crew all round but the workshop gang are top class problem solvers. Custom seats or mods are planned, executed and fitted quickly and without issue. They also possess intimate knowledge of the NDIA and all its twists and turns. The best place for your mobility needs especially.

Staff are courteous and welcoming.Ross and all the team were extremely helpful. Follow-up care is excellent. Highly recommended for all mobility needs.
