Hi, the vehicle, a little MG was great. One thing that I was a bit surprised at was when I drove off in the vehicle from Budget was that the fuel gauge was one bar down. I rang Budget South Fremantle and the girl said that the car was full but it was a fault with the gauge, however when I fuelled the car to return the vehicle the gauge went right to the top. I mentioned This to the girl and she indicated that they would issue a credit if there was a discrepancyI felt this was quite poor thank you, Jenny Davey

I want to give them zero but unfortunately there is no option for zero star rating .They are fake. I picked a car from them they send me the photos and it was not clear after 2 weeks when I came here for return they told me it has scratches, and they show me unclear picture for that part and when I clicked from the same angle(with the scratches) photo doesn’t shows that scratches and they don’t have good behaviour when you returning back soI highly recommend do go to them..

The car's exterior was still dirty, the interior windows where dirty had to wipe with a shirt. The stunk of cigarette sell and the back tailgate wouldn't open with the remote and there was broken glass rattling in the tailgate as well

Very long waits to get your car even with a booking, over an hour for me. Very stressful when you need to rush to check out of your hotel.And don’t be the last car to return to the lot after hours, you won’t have a spot to park inside and will be forced to park illegally or down the road which is a gamble either way. After-hours phone number is only for accidents so they won’t be able to help you give any advice or support on what to do.Avoid, or you will likely find yourself in a similar position.
