After a 20 mins chat with the designer, I haven’t seen the 3D plan, haven’t decided on the materials we use. He asked me to sign the contract and put deposit down!!! I refused as I don’t even know what I am paying for! It is a $50k project! Then the designer got angry and said to me I have wasted his time and walked out! I could not believe what I heared and what I saw! The staff in Freedom furniture are always so lovely but the experience with their kitchen section is a total disaster! I never rate anyone bad in Google but have to share my experience before everyone else gets the same treatment! If you have $50k cash to put down for a “chat”, I totally recommend Freedom kitchen.

Best Customer Service and high Quality Product. We are very happy with Freedom kitchen. From the time the stylist assisted us with our new kitchen layout to installation. After our Kitchen renovation, renovating our Laundry with them was a breeze. And now I cannot wait to install my new wardrobe/bookshelf

We have a kitchen 90 per cent installed. Have waited approximately three months for the remaining doors to be installed. This is the second request for new doors after previous cupboard doors didn't fit. We've been making weekly requests for updates and have been assured someone is being sent to install the remaining doors, only to find out yesterday that there's been no communication to anyone about our kitchen doors. Further, the original designer designed a kitchen which wouldn't have fit in our house. The actual product is really nice but the customer service is abysmal. There's no other way to describe it. We're beyond frustrated and now accepting of their incompetence. My wife and I have actually been laughing about it because it's become quite comical dealing with them.

To whom it may concern:I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my new Freedom Kitchen & the lack of care given to me• 25.11.2020 We received our DIY kitchen arrived as expected & all marked off as received• 17.12.2020 we started to assemble all the cupboards/drawers we notified via the portal on this day that we were missing 4 small silver clips for our pantry (shelf support clips) as of today 22.2.21 we still have not received these clips• 4.1.2021 notified on the portal we had one silver drawer clip missing (we received a prompt reply & also received the clip)• 4.1.21 notified on the portal our kickers were not fitting & asked for help finding a resolution for this (no help or reply given other than to buy more panels & make our own) we sourced help elsewhere• 20.1.21 Called our designer Kirsty Paige to ask for help as our pantry door will not open because the fridge doors? Basically gave us a contact number & said it has nothing to do with her once she has designed the kitchen??? Made the call to the number given to us & was told the design should work as per plan/measure but I can guarantee you there is no way my pantry door will open.• 21.1.21 went into our local Freedom store (Kotara NSW) we spoke with the kitchen sales assistant & she was helpful to an extent she wrote on the portal for us about maybe trying to source a different pantry? She also gave us another contact number for completions 43436000 & said we can also talk with Amelia Jacups. completions have been no help at all actually still waiting on there return call• 28.1.21 had an external kitchen company come out to try & help us with what to do as Freedom have been no help. The new company advised us to either have a 300mm wine shelf installed or just run a panel up the side of fridge/pantryFreedom accepts no responsibility for the error we asked for a quote on 3 fridge panels to make our new kickers out of & also to run a panel up the side to fix the fridge/pantry problems finally somebody replies after me messaging & begging for help the quote come back $1404 to fix a problem that is not our fault this amount is unbudgeted• 1.2.21 Called to speak with completions & had to leave a message & was told my call would be returned (still waiting no call has been returned)• 4.2.21 We reassess & we now will be able to get away with just 2 panels to bring the extra cost down• 12.2.21 Finally a response a new quote for 2 panels (by this time I have already sourced the panels elsewhere• 16.2.21 sent a message on portal saying thank you for making buying my new kitchen off Freedom an absolute disaster (no reply as of today 22.2.21 I’m not surprised)Over the last 12 months I have purchased furniture, my leather lounge, Rugs & also a freedom wardrobe I have always been happy with the level of care & value for money but after going through this amount of drama with my new kitchen cupboards I will think twice before purchasing off Freedom again• 22.2.21 My kitchen is still not complete
