Layla from Quarantine Care delivered a lovely personalized care package to our friends in Sydney including age appropriate children’s activities, wine and chocolate. Layla was wonderful to deal with and very professional. Our friends were delighted with their package!

I was extremely impressed with the service that Quarantine Care provides. From my initial query, to designing the right packages, to updates on deliveries, Layla was efficient, responded quickly to all my queries, and was a pleasure to deal with. Our team loved their lockdown gift packages!

My good friends who live overseas had to come home to see a relative who is not well, but had to hotel quarantine. I really wanted to send them something to help them pass the time and also make them feel more comfortable while they did their time. I knew that this would logistically be difficult and was not sure how I would be able to do it. A quick search on Google got me onto this company. I was so stoked that such a business existed! Layla was very helpful in customising a package just for my needs, and it was delivered to my friend very quickly! I recently used Quarantine Care to deliver a customised care package for a family member in hotel quarantine. Layla was incredibly responsive. I had a quote within hours, she was flexible with creating a gift package that suited me and it was delivered the very next day! I wanted to avoid the bigger gifting companies as I couldn't be guaranteed a delivery window. Dealing with Layla was just so easy and stress free! Layla,I just happened to come across your company by accident while looking for something for my friends 50th. My sister and niece are in quarantine and of course during lockdown I am unable to drop off anything to them. I ordered them the Aussie sweet package and before I knew it they were calling me to thank me. It was delivered within hours. I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered until the next day! I needed to send a care package to a student in covid isolation while I was myself on vacation in Denmark. Layla did a great job and the order was delivered expeditiously. While I hope it will not be needed I would use this service again

I ordered a care package for a friend entering into hotel quarantine for two weeks in Sydney. Layla from Quarantine Care was amazing - professional, fast, knowledgeable and flexible. She answered all of my quarantine questions, had a great intuition for gift ideas, did all the running around, and customised a good value package for me. It never would have come together so well had I left it to my own devices - I was just too busy to do any of it. I went with a tailored pack in the end, and it turned out to be cheaper than what I expected - even including Layla's time and delivery. Payment was really easy and fast. The best bit was Layla's flexibility around delivery day and time - quarantine guests in Sydney don't know what hotel they're going to until they arrive at the hotel. Layla was ready to deliver the package shortly after my friend's arrival at the hotel. I realised afterwards that had I gone with another gift delivery service, I possibly wouldn't have been able to get the care package to my friend as quickly as I did. It goes without saying that my friend also loved the package and the timely delivery really made her feel special. Highly, highly recommend this service and will be using Layla again.

I highly recommend this business. We paid for a care parcel to be delivered by express post to our sick daughter (we are in Tas; she is in Sydney) but Layla personally delivered it on Sunday, as we had ordered it too late to make the post on Friday . Our daughter was thrilled with the personal service as well as with the contents of the package.

Honestly, Layla just gets it done, quickly, professionally and no odd request is too much. This is my second stint in Quarantine and both have been smoothed over by Layla! I recommended Layla to a mate who needed kosher supplies and voila .. done, dusted and appreciated.

I highly recommend using Quarantine Care. Their website was user friendly and the packages have been carefully thought out to suit the needs of the recipient. I opted for a customised package (chose items from multiple packages) and Quarantine Care went above and beyond to accomodate the needs of my order. They were very responsive and were able to process my order efficiently and timely, with the order being delivered within a couple of hours of making contact even though it was News Years Day. The recipients were over the moon and it put a smile on their face during a difficult time. Cannot fault the efficiency and friendliness of the service. I highly recommend using Quarantine Care!
