Really happy with this service- my pain was excruciating- Remi located the issue very quickly and engaged me in the process of repair. She didn’t tie me up with many visits but was happy with the results after two visits and sent me on my way with follow up exercises. She also has a nice approach throughout! Thanks Remi

I went to use the service for shockwave therapy and after talking to Sarah, she provided me with the correct therapy for my injury. Sarah was really friendly, professional and very helpful. Staff are very nice and made me feel comfortable using their service for the first time. I would recommend them.

I had an old shoulder injury that I had ignored for many years, till lately when it started to ache. I was referred to Health First were in 5 sessions Remi has been able to get it 97% back to normal. It's now up to me to get it to 100% with the exercises she has given me to do. Thank you Remi and Health First.

I was absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received from a particular practitioner. She was extremely cold towards me with no empathy. She caused incredible pain and completely ignored me when I was literally crying. Then asked me if I had seen a dietitian with a nasty tone and a judgemental look, so fat shaming to top it off. I will take this further but wanted people to know what they are in for if you’re a plus size patient. Avoid this practice if you already struggle with your mental health.

Tanya is truely an amazing massage therapist. Listened to my areas of concern and applied the perfect amount of pressure to relieve the tenderness around my neck, shoulders & back. Will definitely be back, highly recommend!!
