Do not utilize to manage your property.I utilized Bellcourt Mount Lawley’s Property Management from early 2022 until early 2023. To characterize the quality of the service offering, I will quote one of their directors (at the time, acting as property manager) when queried about the final property inspection report:“I do not have time to check thousands of photos to verify the condition of the property”This quote demonstrates the sub par management of the property and further displays it does not meet the minimum standard of a service of this type and cost. I deeply regret not utilizing a different agency or terminating the agreement.NB: Two and a half weeks prior to posting this review, Bellcourt was provided detailed written feedback with a clear pathway to rectify the experience. To date, it has not acknowledged.

Natalie was an absolute pleasure to deal withI was expecting selling our house would be a stressful experience. I was very wrong!! With Natalie guiding us through the process it was smooth sailing the whole way. Natalie is very knowledgeable, and exceptionally professional. She took all of the pressure away from us, and we felt informed, supported & in control the whole way. With her advice we made a very quick sale, at a price we are very happy with. We hope it will be a long time before we move again, but if/when we do, Natalie will be the first person we call.

Natalie recently sold our property in Inglewood, and before we started the process we expected selling a property to be difficult and stressful given the state of the market. Natalie was recommended to us by a family member and after our first meeting we understood why. She was honest, knowledgable and understanding. Natalie talked us through the process of selling the house, made recommendations and was approachable with any questions we had. She communicated with us regularly to keep us updated and got the result quickly! Natalie, Kim and her team were fantastic to work with and I can not recommend enough.

Used them as property managers and do not recommend their services.Happy to sit back and take their cut but didn’t observe them actively managing the property. Felt like we needed to manage them due to their poor communication. Had no faith that they were doing what they said they were doing. Quality of the final inspection was poor and numerous obvious issues were identified by us when we took repossession. (A number of which we bore the cost and time to resolve). Agents were rude in their communications with us.Save yourself the stress and headache and look elsewhere!

This is amazing service from Natalie Hoye and her Bellcourt team through sale to settlement.Natalie is a great real estate agent in Perth. I just got the house and couldn’t be happier. Natalie provided excellent service to go through from sale to settlement in friendly and professionally. It is a very pleasant and enjoyable to deal with her. Excellent Service, Local Knowledge and Negotiating SkillsNat is very upfront and honest, she knows her market inside and out and works very hard to get a result. My house sold faster than I expected, Nat knows what buyers are looking for and will give honest feedback on the best way to present your property.
