To who may concerned,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Natalie, a staff member at the Lv counter in your flagship store in Brisbane. My recent experience with her left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided.During our interaction with Natalie, we found her to be very inattentive and disinterested in our inquiries. When we asked about a particular item of clothing, she was extremely impatient and dismissive, stating that it was an out-of-season product. We were simply looking for information about whether the item was available or not, and her attitude left us feeling unwelcome and unappreciated.Later, when we expressed our interest in visiting the third floor, Natalie's tone became noticeably harsher and she used a finger to scratch her face in a dismissive manner while warning us that oh

Had an amazing experience at the queen street store. I was served by a lovely gentleman Douglas who helped me pick out the right product for me. I walked out with the design and accessory I’ve always wanted. Loved the service I received, a big shout out to Douglas. I was even gifted 2 samples of their perfumes for my birthday. 100% recommend him to anyone

Went in there and bought something yesterday, Store workers are somewhat friendly if your not a regular I believe sometimes they do not take u as seriously which is somewhat fair enough. Refreshments were given after we stayed more than 15 minutes, Secret Low Key rooms to try clothes on and whole place very clean. Overall staff could have been bit more friendly and a bit more helpful and welcoming.

So much hype but they can’t train their staff in basic social skills and manners. We went to collect LV sneakers and were originally meant to see Wu. Unfortunately, he wasn’t in store that day and another sales representative came to see us. She couldn’t be bothered to greet us or even smile. She also seemed really rushed to give us the package and get rid of us. Perhaps the lack of customer care on her part was due to not receiving commission from the purchase, as she was not the one who made the sale. The whole unwelcoming attitude made no sense specially for such a high end brand and after you already spend so much money. It’s a shame because we picked this item up as a birthday gift and the lack of customer service ruined the experience.This was at approx 3:15pm on Sunday 25 June

3rd attempt to visit the knew Brisbane store Australia unfortunately with nobody in the store and a very quite Monday in the city we were still asked to wait outside as we had no appointment. We shook our heads in disbelief as there was clearly no client/sales work happening inside. With 2 staff at the door stopping us from entering as we turned and walked away down the stairs as I looked back the staff grinned and laughed at one another so professional.I had a much better experience in Paris so welcoming from beginning to end of my purchase.

My daughter and I had a lovely experience browsing at the new store. Valentina our sales associate was very attentive and helped us to try on some bags and showed the matching accessories. We loved looking at all the new items designed by Yayoikasama and Valentina was very knowledgeable explaining about the artists inspiration. We were offered drinks and it was a wonderful experience overall. Can't wait to go back.

Great location next to Queens Plaza in CBD, with parking.L3 levels.Lower level: down the stairs which are colourfully painted by local indigenous artist, to the men's / unisex area. Features the gifted painters and old bank vaults (wrapped, not painted) and security walkway to them.Ground level: Bags, luggage, perfume, scarves, sunglasses, jewellery, women's shoes and clothing.Upper level: areas for events showcasing indigenous art. ✔️Tip: make an appointment.

I arrived 5:25 pm ，just collect my oline order，wait so long time almost 30 min. I told her clearly that I just picked up my item, and after waiting for 30 minutes, she told me come back tomorrow，my flight tomorrow, and someone needs to tell me how to pick up my item? unpleasant shopping experience.
