Not neccesarlily a big range, but much much much much ‘I could go on forever’ better than Telstra! This place analyses and solves your problems. Telstra in Burnie have not been doing that recently.Great Work Contel !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must say Lindsay is just fantastic at her job. She is bright, happy and extremely helpful.Lindsay answered my questions, did what needed to be done and even changed us over to a more economical plan. She even sent me home with clearly hand written notes, so I could complete the changes needed....someone didn't have their phone with them, oops.Thank you Lindsay and highly recommend her.

Can not fault the service or dedication of Contel Communications Burnie. Staff are always friendly when you go to the store. Jane went above and beyond in trying to fix the problem I had with my phone. Jane actually listened, heard my story and set about trying to resolve the issue just not issuing lip service. Thank you Jane.

Would give zero starts if I could. From the outset there were mistakes made in the information provided to me by Contel, costing me several hundreds of dollars, as well as fraudulently signing me up to an ‘upgrade and replacement’ service, that I specifically said that I did NOT want, also costing me several hundreds of dollars over an 18month period. Now I’m stuck between Contel and Telstra trying to get a refund. NOT HAPPY.
