Customer service was ok can’t complain about that the only thing was they tell u 2 weeks and then it ends up being 4 weeks.Now with the screens and quality of them is you get what u paid for.now that I’m on holidays iv been cleaning around our brand new home and the more I go around and look at the screens the more defective work I find.All sliding doors have all sorts of gaps in them our front door the next day After installing it couldn’t lockAll fixed windows we got the Dimond grills all 4 corners have gaps.And this morning what made me write this review is iv just found 2 drilled holes in my sliding door for no purpose at all.This is just a lesson for me not to go after the cheapest option.

I have had 2 experiences with this company. The first was great the second not so good. Don't know if it had anything to do with the amount of money being spent each time but the first was in the thousands & the second would have only been a small amount if it had eventuated. Could not help me fast enough & take my money the first time but on the second time no one got back to me on 2 occasions after I called.Very disappointed in this local company

Thanks Budget Blinds Team for a job well done. The new verticals look fantastic, the service both measuring, and installation top class and this was followed through with the office staff with great communication. The price was the best value of the three quotes received - the online quote was the dearest and we would have had to install them ourselves- don't be duped by marketing cliques.

Very disappointed with the service they provided, also phone receptionist Very rude when questioned about our outside blinds coming out of tracking,will not recommend to anyone

As return customers we are very happy with the products and service at Budget Blinds. Great price, great product, great service. We love our new Invisiguard door, no more flies, and our puppy loves his freedom with the doggy door.

My story is i rang Stegbar for a quote the quote came back thousands of $s. I rang Budget Blinds and Mark came out and gave me a quote which almost blew me away and of course i accepted the quote . 2 weeks later my security doors were installed and the other work i asked for was done i am very happy with the work that the young guy did . He was very good and left no mess . Now the best part of it all the cost was no where near a thousand dollars very good prices and very good work i would recommend them to any one .

We had blinds put in our 5th wheeler. They look great & work fantastic and the price was right. Would definitely recommend Mark & Kitty
