Blind Repair Centre SA

Asked these people to assess a blind for repair. They charge $35 for this service. I had to phone back on three occasions to get the answer that the blind could not be repaired as they kept promising the review would be done and then it wasn't. Finally I agreed to order a new blind and was told it would be ready in 3 weeks. After I heard nothing in longer than three weeks I had to ring back twice to find out the blind had not started manufacture as there was some issue with the number of blades. None of this was told to me until I rang well after the new blind was supposed to be ready. Clearly these people don't need the business. Will be starting the process again with someone else. What a waste of my time, money and effort. Definitely cannot recommend.

Outstanding support from Mark and Meg. I contacted the original blind manufacturer when my Roman blind was broken. They told me they did not do repairs and that I would need to buy a new blind. I was extremely annoyed and disappointed - the blind was only 3 years old. All I can say is thank goodness for the Blind Repair Centre who quickly saw what needed to be done and repaired it on the spot for an amazing price. Again I’m so grateful for the highly professional support and service from Mark and Meg. I did not know that they manufacture a range of blinds. Highly recommended. From the very first phone call with Leigh, the customer service has been fantastic. I had to get a blind repaired and a quote for a couple of others. Extremely helpful in getting as much information and photos from you before they have someone come out so that person knows exactly what they're looking at. Mark, who came out, was just lovely and his knowledge was just incredible. My wooden Venetian blind was fixed on the spot and he looked at a couple of my other blinds with suggestions of how to improve the life of the blinds.Certainly look after the customers best interests. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend.....

Having used the blind repair centre before, I was somewhat taken aback at the poor service offered on the initial phone inquiry. The lady was unhelpful and dismissive and I only persisted as I know from previous experience that the installers and repairers are excellent. I finally got an appointment to fix my aunt’s blind and the installer Mark was excellent. Worth the wait but a real hassle with the front office to get it organised.

Excellent initial communication from Ryan re services available and cost options .....prompt office follow up re appointment. On the day, technician Mark was considerate with communication en route and solved my vintage vertical blind problem with patience and informed skill that were much appreciated. Thanks to all the team and you will be my place to go with confidence if I have any future issues with my blinds.

Needed to get my cord on my honeycomb blind fixed so I called Blind Repair Center. I spoke with customer service over the phone and their knowledge and customer service were fantastic. Nothing was too hard and suggested I bring in my blind for an assessment as it would be cheaper and quicker. Blind was repaired in 24 hours. Absolutely appreciate the honesty and the above and beyond service. This company have their customer's best interests at heart...Thank you...very happy with result.

I was very happy with Ryan who provided great customer service and re-stringed my blinds when others thought that the only option was to replace them. A couple of hundred dollar repair versus thousands to replace them. Good work Ryan. Well done and thank you. Ron.

Great people to deal with.Walked in last week chasing a very hard to find bracket clip for my 10 year old blinds and the pleasant young gentleman at the desk went out of his way to help me and managed to source the part I needed a few days later.Will definitely be going back!

I can’t recommend the Blind Repair Centre enough. Ask for Meg on the front desks she can’t do enough for you. Meg is helpful, polite and knowledgeable as well.
