I used ken’s services approximately 1 month ago, I have never in my time experienced a service like Ken’s, he is one of the most professional, Knowledgeable, genuine & honest people I have come across & boy is he great at getting rid of the creepy crawlies. Ken explained everything to me in extreme detail, he took his time & nothing was a problem for him.He even went above and beyond to point out a possible problem on the side of my house & even a few days later was taking our calls if we had questions about it so we could get our facts right when discussing it with our plumber.In turn Ken’s investigation led us to put extra drainage on the side of our house to avoid any problems with rising damp, Ken received no benefit from this what so ever but he still went above & beyond to help. What an amazing company! I reached out to Redback Pest Control Service to follow up on an old termite notice of theirs found during an open house inspection. The help I received from Ken was above expectations. I can’t rate Ken and Jason more highly. They performed a termite inspection on my elderly parents house. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Throughout the whole process from inspection through to termination, we were fully updated and provided with photos and video footage, and with Ken going the extra mile to fully explain in detail and laymen’s terms for my parents. I would highly recommend this business to anyone concerned about possible termites. We have already booked in for next years inspection.
