I was hustled into a fitting fee of $50 for snowboard boots (to measure my feet and try on boots). I know a few places like ESS Parramatta do charge a fitting fee, but they at least make sure with the customer that they are okay to pay the fee. This place didn't ask and just started fitting me for boots making me feel pressured to the point you couldn't say no anymore.Prices are pretty close to retail prices as well and only give very little discount. Don't think I'll go back.
