Please do not use this company. We have booked them to polish our outside pool area. They have rescheduled us twice allegedly due to covid staff issues, I had to chase them to confirm dates. Finally on the day, when they were meant to complete the job, I had to chase them again as they did not turn up. The receptionist told me over the phone that they cannot do the job anymore, because their only polisher has left the town. She told me that they went through the restructure and will not be doing polishing anymore. They did not have enough decency to call and let us know. I spoke to our concreter, who was very surprised about this and told me that there are other people who he recommended to use these guys. Well, please do yourself a favour and stay away from the company.

We engaged Smart-Crete Floors to tackle our office floor that had years of wear, paint, epoxy resin, holes, marks and poor attempts at being polished. What seemed an impossible mission to other polishers in Cairns was met with a 'too easy' approach from the Smart-Crete team. I think the result speaks for itself - the floor is now like a mirror and everyone that visits comments on how beautiful the floor is. I highly recommend Smart-Crete.
