Excellent customer service with prompt response, even on weekends.Backed into the garage door on Friday, shopped around for repair quotes on Saturday and the Toli (the garage whisperer) responded that very evening.No call-out fees. Details of damage discussed over the phone while arranging the quote which, stayed the same once he saw the job.He even rectified issues with the garage door that wasn't originally listed.Absolute professional, with friendly/ polite service. No b.s and, the best part was, the price!Really rare these days to meet a tradie who's honest and takes pride in their work.I highly recommend J&E for any garage repair service.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I was stuck with a malfunctioning door and I rang J&E in a bit of a flap. They sent someone out urgently and Toli was a gentleman with perfect customer service who gave great HONEST advice and an excellent price. This is a family business and you can tell from everyone you deal with that they really care. Such a rare thing these days. They have heart and soul and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and you should too.

I found this business on google and called them. It was a public holiday. Was expecting to be charged a surcharge. They didn’t charge and didn’t charge a call out fee as I was local. James the technician arrived on site and very quickly diagnosed and rectified the problem. He also carried out preventative maintenance on my garage doors. I would highly recommend this business for anyone who is looking for a garage door repair specialist.

If it allowed me to give 10 stars, I would!Toli came in the morning to give a free quote on fixing my garage door. I'd banged into it with my car, so it had come off it's wheels and had quite a bow in it. He was back the same arvo to fix & service it, and now it's looking fab!He was on time, super friendly & professional, and on top of that, was able to help out with other trades I was after.10 stars from me!! Can't recommend highly enough.

My garage door suddenly stopped working and hence I called them to see what could be the issue. It appeared that the motor died and the replacement cost was nearly 700$. However the lady suggested on phone to check the manual override leaver if it was disengaged and to my surprise that was the case.I engaged it and garage door started working as normal. Hats off to them !! I must say they have thorogh knowledge and experience in this field which saved me unnecessary replacement cost of motor. Very professional and highly recommended.
