Would not replace screen even under warranty.Had issues with it after 2 months. They accused me of dropping it or causing it not to work when it was clear there was nothing wrong.Will never use them again!!!

Excellent service! Needed a new cover for an old Samsung tablet. They didn't have any so he asked if I wanted him to check their other store; great thanks! HE WALKED over to the other store and brought back 3 different colours for me to choose from. Above and beyond thank you!

If I could I'd give it minus 5.They put gel screen on my Samsung s10+. Then 7 days later it bubbled and creased. I went back & owner said without receipt he would not even look at it & that they don't even keep gel screen protectors.I found my receipt send went back.It was replaced with glass one.3 days later it was comming off.I went back, as their receipt shows 3 months warranty.The owner didn't even want to talk to me, was rude, told me to go away or he 'll call security. Said nothing was wrong when you can clearly see it's already off.Then agreed to give me another screen in exchange for my $25 receipt that he wanted to rip up and did not want to put it on.Don't waste money do Not go to that place. Dishonest. Warranty does not mean a thing to them.I'm taking this further, as our shopping centre shpuld not have such shops operating there.

This is the best mobile repairs in Town. I called around 4-6 repair shop and found out to change my iPhone 13 pro max back screen would cost me around 250-350. When i went to RN repair Center they said would only cost me 200$. Jerry is the best as he went beyond and fix my phone as soon as he could. He is very professional and polite and humble guy. He even check other things on phone for free in case if there was damage from the fall and stayed longer then closing hours so he could fix my phone as i was travelling to Newcastle next day. If anyone wants their phone to be repair quick and in reliable, then this this is the place you need to go. You wont be disappointed.Thanks Jerry for your effort and fixing my phone. You are the best.

I had a very positive experience using RN communication Mobile's service. My iPhone screen was destroyed and Ahmed was able to do the repairs at a very reasonable cost and, on my schedule. The phone looks new again and I can finally use the entire screen! Thank you Ahmed

There’s an extremely rude staff member (easy to tell by the fact he doesn’t take his AirPod out to serve you) but when I took back a case to get a refund I got a massive lecture and he absolutely blew a fuse as “I should take responsibility and take the blame for getting it wrong” even though I didn’t blame him for anything and just wanted to get a refund. …But 5/5 stars on shaking heads and muttering under his breathe
