Both louise and my property manager Cheryl are great. They go above and beyond. I am travelling overseas a lot and they take good care of my fulll furnished rental property.Cheryl does extra things like going and buying a vacuum cleaner when my tenants need it. She is very helpful and I lucky to have her on my side.

Rented a short stay property from these people. Unit was filthy including fermenting urine in the toilet. Asbestos floors. Infested with roaches. Then the power board caught fire. When I contacted the managing director I was told that my standards differ and that the unit was clean. The property manager Dianne Flynn told me that the owner was difficult and the cleaners were local and they had been spoken to before about cleanliness. Dianne Flynn also told me that she had never viewed the property as she manages over 60 properties and doesn’t get time.From a consumer point of view concerning but why are they charging commission for not providing any service?I requested compensation and was told the owner was out of pocket for fixing a fire caused by aged and defective wiring and offered a minimal ex gratia payment. They do not understand the laws or the regulations and should not be managing property. Unit is 9/6 Flynn street Port Macquarie.
