the uber ad for this order was misleadingthe driver arrived without bag and handed over food by paper packs one by onefood was discusting and uneatable, it was cold chicken wings cover by souse looked like paint with horrible taste.I want my money back !

Unbelievable!! Was waiting 20 minutes to find out they forgot about my order so after 35 minutes (total) got my 2 large pizza's to get home and not 1 but both wrong pizza's the girl that works there has very very limited English so had to tell her at least 3 times for each pizzaNever will I go there again,

In my opinion, pizza hut make the best pizzas by far.The Wentworthville store really do make delicious pizzas and such a friendly atmosphere lInlay was especially nice and made my mother and me a special pizza.Truly yummy.

Very disappointed..ordered 4 pizza’s which were ok, but the 24 chicken wings were very unsatisfactory..no seasoning, barely cooked, tasted almost as if they were boiled! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone..

The worst possible customer service we have ever received. Mistreating their customers by just singing loudly and not paying attention to what the order was. We ordered a large and they bring out a small pizza and serve 3 walk-in customers after us prior to ours even tho we ordered much earlier. They did not ask what base or anything they just assumed and said “no I’m sure you asked me” ignoring rather than owning up to their mistake. Do not order from here it’s honestly a waste of time and money. They really need to start hiring people who can actually do the job properly because this is ridiculous.

I had a very bad experience in Pizza hut. Their staff is very bad in behavior.Specially, I called manager Nilay Patel for corporation but, their manager doesn’t care about customers. He was behaving like he is the owner of entire Pizzahut chain. Even he is a owner but he should lean how to behave with customers.Very bad experiance...

It's a bit hit and miss with this restaurant. Of the dozens of times I have ordered from here there is only one thing that has remained consistent. That is the garlic bread is never cooked properly. Most of the time it comes out as warm bread, it is never golden brown nor is it crispy. The pizza is good, although I have had the wrong pizza delivered on a few occasions. The prices are on the high side and to add insult to injury there is no single pizza meal deal like they used to have. The $6 delivery fee stings a little when you live 1.2kms away. This restaurant handles complaints fairly well. The store manager I have dealt with has always been. Quick to offer solutions.

Decent outlet. Food's up to standard most of the time. Asked the lady at the counter for a plastic/paper bag to carry my boxes home when i was picking up my order. She pointed to a notice specifically for delivery drivers which said no bag

Worst possible customer service in Australia. I ordered at wentworthville Pizza hut. Most of the cheese jalepano dunk were spilled in medium pizza box. First thing they should have been packed in smaller boxes. While talking to store manager he said he can't do anything about it and nor pizza hut will do and told if you are not happy throw the food but don't expect re delivery or refunds.Nice customer service standard pizza hut !!!!

I would never eat here again. I ordered a barbecue, meat, lovers, pizza I was eating and started to choke and I almost dropped to the floor and passed out. I had to reach down into my throat to pull it out and found a bit of cheese, but this cheese was really stringy and tough like rubber. I tried to contact the store. They kept hanging up and when they did pick up they didn’t care. If anyone is reading this, please do not eat here. This is a massive safety issue.
