This Agency deserves zero stars..... No Customer Service or Listening Skills. I have inspected this property Thursday 10 February 2022 as it was advertised for a Residential Lease. 11 McKenzie Road, Woombye, QLD 4559.The Property Agent wearing Property Lane" logo ed uniform was already inside the property showing potential Tenants around when I arrived. There was a white car parked in front of the property with "Property Lane" Agency signage and "Property Lane" “A frame” style portable sign at the front of the property with arrows pointing down the side of the main house. *** Seriously just use these guys - whether you are buying, selling or renting - as their entire team have authenticity, people-smarts and professionalism oozing out of every pore! ***I met the owner of Property Lane, Will Emms, at my retreat as he was pampering his wife with a sauna and a floatation tank session. I was struck at how authentic, positive and grateful they both were and found out that they were in Real Estate. From this meeting I got them to look at my house in Buderim for sale.Selling a house is stressful, potentially risky and usually filled with problems and dramas of some description. Will's way about him is to be a '100%er' whilst keeping everyone happy as everything steams along at a 1000 miles an hour. Problems the agents wont tell you about 9 Dream Court - I rented this property for 6 years.Why is Property Lane advertising the water tank when it was cut of years ago.The owner refused to buy a new motor ????? If this was not fixed it is false advertising. You should also advertise the yabbies living in the back yard due to the huge amounts of water that cover the back yard constantly that come from the cow paddock next door. This property needed to have a soil test before it was put on the market as it sits in large amounts of water. If it rains for a few days the weeds are insane with all those ridiculous pebbles everywhere, the cow paddock is never mowed near the side fence and the weeds are breaking through the fence. Property Lane puts profits before people.
