What a great gym, this place welcomes you no matter what level you're at in your personal fitness journey. Amy is friendly, enthusiastic and energetic, what you'd expect from someone working at a gym, and Stephen really knows and understands how to customise a training routine even if you're older than dirt like me. Great job guys, love being a part of the community you create there.

I’ve been training for almost a decade and even worked in the industry. Yet I’ve never met a staff more friendly, knowledgeable and caring towards their customers and clients.Yes it’s a small gym, but it’s got a big heart that help you get those even bigger wins.
