Was told that a technician would be out at around lunch time waited, then I had to call them asking where the technician was. Got told hes at an emergency" job and will only come out 3 hours later."

Shocking customer service, did not give us a proper solution to our issue, and now the darn thing doesn't even work at all! Oh, and also, do your research and check prices against other suppliers - we just wanted to support a local business, but found out (after it was too late) that if we'd gone to a competitor further afield, we would have saved heaps of money!
