I had a couple of attempts to get the right size shoe but with the help and expertise of the team at JOG, it was so simple and easy.The design, quality and comfort of the shoes are excellent, so I decided to purchase some for myself. Very happy with them.It's my go-to for golf gear. I can't recommend them more highly.

A few months ago after much research into minimalist golf footwear, I made my first purchase of their golf shoes during a promotional sale and was accidently despatched a similar pair of shoes in the same colour but a slightly different style and material.Long story short, I was able to contact Jack Oliver Golf and receive the correct pair of shoes. The quality of their merchandise and customer service is unparalleled and second to none.Although the price of their shoes, gloves etc may appear to be initially higher than the big brands from the traditional retailers, it's in the quality of the item, after purchase support and customer service where it really stands out and is definitely worth it.I've also recently purchase a shoe cleaning kit through them where upon placing the order over a month ago through Australia Post, I found out that the item was lost in transit after several follow-ups on my part. Jack Oliver Golf were kind enough to send me out another cleaning kit even though it was Australia Post's stuff up. Definitely will be continuing to support them in the future after they have gone above and beyond several times already.

I recently had a minor issue ( a small amount of internal stitching had come undone )with a pair of True OG Premium shoes and after speaking with Mark and providing some photos it was decided they couldn’t be repaired. Even though the purchase was outside the warranty period they are providing a replacement pair free of charge.It is a novelty these days to find a company that stands by their products and most importantly puts the customer first.Kudos to Mark and his team.By the way they are the best golf shoes I’ve ever worn and will continue to support Jack Oliver Golf.

As an avid golfer, I realise I need the right equipment. The right golf shoes makes the difference between a confident game and a so so game. In my case, having a wide foot I needed the 4E width. Enter Jack Oliver Golf Co: I visited the showroom and Mark listened to my needs, measured the feet and we 'test drove' some shoes. I was made an excellent recommendation in the FS1. They felt good in the shop, and even better after 9 holes at Yarrambat. I have no hesitation in recommending these shoes and the team at Jack Oliver.

They were great. I was ordering something from their website and needed it shipped from Australia to Canada and they were super supportive in making that happen for me. Was really glad to be able to replace an item that was stolen from my golf bag and that was no longer available in North America.Will definitely order again!
