Easy to deal with. Great explanation on the operation of the Sat Phone. Used the Sat phone each day on the South Coast Wilderness Track for texting location back to family and had no satellite reception concerns.

Easy business to hire a sat phone, friendly staff, parking available. You can even buy an electric motorcycle, or would you call it an electro cycle? Anyway, nice people, able to hire at short notice, and staff couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommended if you communications outside mobile coverage areas. They even have a Satellite hotspot so your family can all logon to the INTERNET.

Our holiday at the amazing but remote Mt Mulligan Lodge left us with the problem of managing our Air BnB properties over a limited WiFi system. GlobalSat's solution enabled us to easily interact with existing guests and deal with 3 new bookings worth over $2,000 in the first day alone, and also to easily interact with existing guests resident during our absence. Takes a little while to set up properly, but then as smooth as silk.
