I just wanted to express my gratitude to all the staff at professionals Cannington. I would like to especially thanks To Shayna. she helped me to get me into my decent room. And she was so extremely helpful in the entire process. She also helped me to bring my best friend as my room mate which was dream come true for me.Also thanks for responding to my emails when Eva there’s an issue in the house or maintenance she always sorts the problems . That’s a very supportive of her.You’re an absolutely legend Shayna once again thank you so much.

Emma Simmonds has been my property manager for the last three years (and ongoing), she has been spectacular to say the least! Any issues that have come up have been dealt with within the same business day if humanly possible, she is incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole real estate is friendly, fair and really easy to work with as a tenant. I highly recommend them!

I have been renting for 2 decades and I wont hesitate to give her a six star for her kind service. An exceptionally caring and considerate Property Manager. She is a treasure to the business. I wish her every success. The people in this business have lot to take from her to make it more positive and trustworthy.

Simon and his team have done it again. Simon and his team have just sold property number 3 for myself and my wife in Bentley. That is 3 sold over the past 2 years and achieved all well over asking price. Their service like always was perfect. The follow up after home opens was perfect and any questions we had were answered immediately. The course from initial buyer signed contract right through to settlement was impeccable. I've been dealing with Sally Fulford for a few years now as the property manager for the house I rent, the relationship has always been positive.She is very personable and inspections are always enjoyable, any issues from my side are pointed out politely and are never unreasonable. On the flip side any issue I need resolved that are reasonable she helps as much as she can.I short she is a great property manager and She helped sell a property we owned. She will be the first person I speak to in regard to buying my own property.

Sally Fulford is the best Property Manager I have had in 40 years. She is extremely hard working and really cares about both owners and tenants. She is proactive, following issues through to completion (unusual these days), and makes sure your property is always maintained to the standard you require. If you want the best, then Sally is the one to go for.
