As a novice I arrived seeking advice from the professionals to build a kit to clean my car properly inside and out. I was willing to and had budget to spend a considerable amount to get it right. I was greeted by a flustered man who when I told him what I wanted he said I love these ones" as to the type of question. He said it's time consuming to advise me and that he had a meeting at 9:30am. He then realized what he said but that was too late for me as I would never trust a flustered man to advise me on anything. Atrocious service

Comprehensive range, friendly staff, good prices

I have actually been buying from Car Care Products for years and no doubt will continue to do so for select items.So why the one star review?Well, i finally went to the bother of writing a heap of reviews for them, mainly of the items in my last order, only to discover that apparently if you don't give them at least a glowing 4 star rating or better then they will not publish them.Those that they do publish are heavily edited so as to only present the items in the best possible light.It kind of defeats the purpose of reviews when they do not provide potential buyers with honest and accurate information about the goods.They may as well just write their own reviews saying everything they sell is the most amazing thing you will ever use and you should consider yourself lucky to pay so much for them.For clarity, none of my reviews were scathing in any way. Most were very positive.As someone with plenty of experience as a professional detailer i thought it would be nice to offer some useful information to those who may not have as much experience.I am really quite appalled by the dodgy methods CCP have employed with their reviews so as to mislead customers.This on top of the fact that my latest order was short shipped by 5 items (this was resolved) and another item arrived damaged.In summary. By all means buy from CCP but do your own independent research beforehand if you are unsure.The reviews on their website are not going to give you any honest information.And if you don't believe me by all means go and pick any product at random and see if how many can find that aren't rated 5 stars ;)UPDATE:So after the response below i did as requested and contacted them, attaching screenshots of the ACTUAL reviews i left.I informed them that i welcomed their explanation but no reply has been forthcoming over the last few weeks.Their response below actually only further sours their reputation for me as it shows they were simply trying to discredit a genuine, although unfavourable, reviewer who dared to call them out over their deceptions.Unfortunately for them i was able to provide proof that they were being dishonest and to that they had no response.Not cool guys!Don't try and BS customers and have a little integrity.You were called out over something you shouldn't be doing and then compounded the issue by lying about it further.If you just traded in an honest and transparent way none of this would happen.You have some decent products. It's a shame about your unnecessary lack of ethics.

Wide range of products at a reasonable price. You can buy some products here not carried by chain retailers. Great service. To save you time order and pay online and pick up at the shop. If you want to browse and pay, you will do the same thing at the shop:online order and pay by credit card on the spot (via online)

Brilliant customer service. The team member I spoke to in the showroom was more than happy to answer my questions and provided honest advice and feedback on their products and other brands. I didn't know this place existed before, but now I do, I will be back. Definitely recommend them!

Went there today with little knowledge came out an expert. Kidding but seriously they do know their stuff and have a wide range of products & know everything about them. Cheers for the help today, will definetely be seeing you guys again soon.Matt P
