I regularly buy petrol at this service station, & always find very efficient & friendly service.There is a good choice of other items as well as newspapers, and quite often there is a bargain of 2.for the price of one cherry ripe and other chocolate bars.There is never a holdup at the cashier.

Wow how can I pay before I fill my car .It was overwhelming when I pulled up and I was told - after 8.00 pm I had toprepay .If I paid would I get my refund?

Awful! Staff were incompetent and clueless. I asked where I could check the pressure and inflate the tyres on my car. ‘The hose is broken.’ ‘Don’t you keep a spare one?’ I asked. Shrug. ‘There’s a 7Eleven next door!’ So much for Shell. Never going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got there around 9pm and tried to fill up but the attendant wouldn't start the pump. He came out in a huff and pointed to a small hand-written sign on the pump which said you need to prepay after 8pm. I said I don't know how much I need, but he suggested $40-$50 - but I was unsure if I would get a refund if I pumped less. Otherwise I could have said $20 and I'll pay the balance but I didn't know if he would cut me off if I went over. Also they don't accept Coles discount coupons and that sealed it for me. I won't bother to go back, there are too many choices. Unfriendly!!

Out of the 14 times, all times they were not opened around 6:10am ish when advertised that they open at 6am.
