Yesterday became unexpectedly worrying for me with a suspected blood clot on my lung. I would like to sincerely thank Bronwyn who looked after me and who was charged with undertaking the procedure to investigate. I was so anxious but she explained everything that was going to happen in such a professional yet kind way that I felt immediately at ease. Thank you for everything. I won't forget your kindness.

My mum had some scans here and the experience was 10/10. She was very anxious about the day and the staff from the reception through to clinical were fantastic at making her feel at ease and cared for. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

Always happy to go here. Usually on time, staff are great, reports are available for my doctor quickly, and there is an online patient portal where I can view my reports within a week or so, or share them with another doctor or hospital if necessary.

Had a scan done few months back. Receptionists were super friendly. Huge shout out to the girl named Nicole who did my scan, she was very thorough, polite, friendly and made the whole experience great for me. Will be returning to Bayside QXray.

Very pleasant experience with a not-so-pleasant condition.The lady Radiographer with blonde ponytail at Cleveland made me feel very secure in her care. Dr Haussmann carried out the biopsy and was very quick and gentle. You are both very special individuals and are doing exceptional work.It was scary but you made me feel calm and comfortable in your presence.Thank you both.CheersLindsey

I had a heart stress test this morning. With some anxiety from a similar procedure in hospital I was reassured, and kept fully informed by the staff at this facility. This attention kept my anxieties down and made the whole experience was completed in as relaxed and orderly a process as possible. The pre-visit phone follow up and assurance by Wade was also very assuring and welcome.

I was waiting for over an hour for my FNA US appointment, which I would completely understand if I was at least informed there was a delay at any stage of waiting. The lady who gave me my gown was very rude & short with me & made me feel awful for asking approximately how long I would be waiting. She said why do you have somewhere to be and then told me she did not know and I should always allow a few hours for any appointment (I was never told this by anyone). Also she gave me no basket for my clothing, where everyone else had one - so I was left sitting in my gown with nowhere to place my underwear.
