Staff in the dealership were nice but I was charged $330 for a service in which my car was in the shed for somewhere in the one hour region but I waited for nearly 3.5hrs and at the end all I got for my money was a list of things supposedly wrong.....I questioned some of those things because It's just had them specifically checked by someone else with a totally different result..... the Dundas staff then made excuses as to why it was on the list. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY AND I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!! My advice is to find someone else before you go here because you get NOTHING for your hard earned dollar...... oh, except deception.

Excellent experience, Nikki and Dean were great to deal with, up front and honest, something that is hard to find these days. Communication was prompt even at times after business hours. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi outlander LS the Dundas group picked it up on the Wednesday and drove it to Victoria next day I was delighted with the performance and economy 7.2lts to the 100Ks and will get better.The salesman Dan was professional helpful we then met the Manager Deen who gave us a great deal just ask.

Today i had an issue with my Triton while on holidays from Albury , rang Gavin and he made time to check my car and fix it with about 20 minutes notice. This allowed me to proceed on my holidays. Excellent customer service, highly recommend Dundas motors Kingaroy.

Had to have our Outlander serviced, that went well. But I didn't. My memory not as good as it could be. Went to pay by plastic. The numbers felt right, oops, wrong order, rang the misses with my new phone checked her number, oops not in new phone 5 times I rang no answer. Oops wrong number. Well 2hrs latter gingerly got it sorted. J Dundas staff esp the charming lady at front service desk was very patient and ever so helpfull with me.

Absolutely first rate service. Had an issue during a weekend away and the shop foreman stayed back after work to help me for a part they had put aside for me while I was being brought in on a tow truck on a Friday afternoon. The foreman and the young lady that worked on the service desk both stayed back after they finished to get me on the road again. Couldn't thank them enough, absolutely saved our weekend, first rate staff all round

Rang with an issue on my challenger and they had the issue fixed in a few hours….brilliant service at a reasonable price and the reception girls were wonderful
