We just received our order of 200m of travertine from Nick at Cinajus. The product is excellent and competitively priced (especially for us in Canberra where costs are higher). The whole process was smooth and Nick met all commitments for quality and schedule. We are very happy with the customer service and with the product.

I highly recommend Cinajus, North Manly. It was a fluke that I found them as the store was new. Their selection of stone tiles, quality, price point, overall customer service and after sales service was amazing. The small actions ('the one per centers') that really make a difference shone through e.g a small Christmas gift left at our front door before Christmas, visit to our home to inspect tiles after they were laid made all the difference to me. Thank you, Tim!! I will recommend to all and will use again.

Nick and the team at Cinajus are just amazing. From the 1st time we went to ask about what would be best for our pool area, they were great. Offering free samples, advice nothing was too much trouble. We even had a few metres left over which they took back and refunded. The other thing was the quality, much better than other places and for the same price. Before you buy from anyone else make sure you check them out.

Nick and his team are awesome! Purchased Travertine stone from them for pool and alfresco for our new home. Product was good and very reasonably priced. Service was excellent.We messed around with ordering the incorrect quantities, but it was never an issue for them. They provided whatever we needed with a smile. Even did a free home delivery for the small items. Refunded surplus unused unopened sealer with no questions asked. After doing a lot of renovations and new constructions over the years, I haven't come across a good caring Stone and Tile company like Cinajus with great customer service attitude. Will certainly be using them again for the next project.Highly recommended!

Nick provided us with excellent customer service for the limestone cladding we purchased from Cinajus. He was an excellent communicator and prompt with delivery. The actual limestone cladding was of the highest quality & we continually receive numerous compliments from passers by on how beautiful our stone clad fencing is.
